- 1 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. rolled oats
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onions
- 3/4 c. catsup
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. apricot preserves
Method
- Combine beef, oats, eggs, onions, 1/4 cup catsup, milk, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, salt and pepper; mix well. Pack into lightly oiled ring mold.
- Bake at 350° for about 40 minutes. Let stand in pan 5 minutes.
