Ingredients
- 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese softened and cut into cubes
- 1 16 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
- 2 6 oz. jars apricot baby food
- 1 6 oz. pkg. apricot flavored gelatin
- 2 c. water
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 12 oz. carton frozen, non dairy whipped topping
- Nuts
Method
- Combine cream cheese, pineapple and baby food in blender container.
- Blend on high for 30 seconds; set aside. Place gelatin, water and sugar in saucepan.
- Bring to a boil over a high heat. Add cream cheese mixture. Stir until well blended and allow to cool.
- Fold whipped topping into mixture.
- Pour into 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.
- Top with whipped topping.
- Garnish with
- chopped nuts. Refrigerate.
