Ingredients
- Although not a "scratch" recipe, this is a quick, easy, delicious coffeecake.
- 1 pkt white or possibly yellow cake mix
- 3 x Large eggs (21-oz) can apricot pie filling
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 c. pecans or possibly walnuts, minced fine
Method
- Combine cake mix, Large eggs and pie filling till well blended.
- Spread in 9 x 13-in.
- greased pan.
- Combine brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts; sprinkle over top.
- Bake at 350 for 45 min or possibly till done.
