Ingredients
- 2/3 c. diced apricots
- 1/2 c. soft butter
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. brown sugar, packed
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- confectioners sugar (10x)
Method
- Rinse apricots.
- Cover with water and boil 10 minutes; drain. Chop and cool.
- Grease an 8-inch square pan.
- Mix butter, sugar and 1 cup of flour until crumbly.
- Press down in bottom of pan and bake 25 minutes at 350°.
