Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. Crisco
- 1 egg, separated
- milk
Method
- Mix flour, sugar, salt and Crisco.
- Separate egg (save the white).
- To the yolk, add enough milk to make 2/3 cup.
- Add to flour mixture.
- Divide dough into 2 parts.
- Roll out to fit a cookie sheet (pliable dough).
- Put on bottom of cookie sheet.
