Ingredients
- 6 Cups sliced apples
- 3/4 Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 2 tbsp butter
- Pastry for two-crust pie
Method
- Combine apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Pour into a 9-inch pie pan. Dot with butter. Adjust top crust; flute edges and cut vents. Bake 45 minutes or until pastry is golden brown.
