Ingredients
- 2 medium tart apples, peeled, quartered and cored
- 1/2 lb. blue grapes, halved and seeded
- 1 stalk garden mint (leaves only)
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Method
- Cut apples crosswise in thin slices.
- Arrange grapes, apples and mint leaves in a glass bowl.
- Sprinkle with sugar and lemon juice.
- Toss lightly, then cover.
- Chill one hour before serving.
