Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 1/2 cup apple puree/ apple juice
- 1 tsp apple essence (totally optional)
Method
- In a bowl, mix all purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda.
- In another bowl, beat butter and sugar together.
- Now beat in eggs, one by one.
- And add the essence.
- Now mix the apple puree / apple juice and beat well.
- Fold in the dry ingredients.
- Add it to the cupcake moulds.
- Tap to level.
- And bake for 20-23 minutes on 190 degrees .
