Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 1/2 cup apple puree/ apple juice
  • 1 tsp apple essence (totally optional)

Method

  • In a bowl, mix all purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda.
  • In another bowl, beat butter and sugar together.
  • Now beat in eggs, one by one.
  • And add the essence.
  • Now mix the apple puree / apple juice and beat well.
  • Fold in the dry ingredients.
  • Add it to the cupcake moulds.
  • Tap to level.
  • And bake for 20-23 minutes on 190 degrees .
