- 5 medium apples
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. lemon peel
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 1 recipe crumble topping
Method
- Slice apples
- to make 5 cups.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Mix together sugar, flour and lemon peel.
- Stir in apples.
- Spoon into pie shell.
- Sprinkle with topping and bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
