Ingredients
- 8 - 10 apples, peeled and cut up
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- TOPPING:
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup flour
Method
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place apples into an ungreased 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and toss well to coat.
- In a separate bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and flour to mix well. Sprinkle over the apples.
- Bake for 35 minutes, or until the apples are soft and the topping is browned.
