Ingredients
- 6 peeled, coarsely chopped tart apples
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. flour
- 1/2 c. margarine, cut into bits
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Method
- Bake apples in a buttered pan for 15 minutes at 400°.
- Combine other ingredients.
- Remove apples from oven and cover with crumbled mixture.
- Bake 40 minutes more, or until top is golden brown.
