Ingredients
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 (20 oz.) can sliced apples, drained
Method
- Melt margarine in an 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
- Combine flour, sugar and baking powder in bowl; mix well.
- Stir in milk.
- Spread in prepared dish.
- Spoon apples onto batter.
- Bake at 350° until lightly browned.
- Batter will rise to top.
- May substitute favorite canned or fresh fruit for apples.

- 6 servings.
