Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked squash
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of black pepper
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 c. cracker crumbs
- 3/4 stick oleo
- 1 c. grated cheese
Method
- Cook
- squash
- and
- onion,
- drain.
- Add butter, salt and pepper,
- and milk. Mix together, then add beaten eggs, cheese and cracker crumbs.
- Put in casserole. Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Serves 6 to 8.
