Ingredients

  • 27 ounces apple pie filling
  • 13 1/2 ounces apricot halves drained, halved
  • 7 ounces graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup butter cold, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • heavy cream or ice cream, to serve, optional

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a large baking dish.
  • Combine apple and apricots then transfer to prepared dish.
  • To make the crumble topping, combine graham crackers, butter and sugar in a food processor. Process until mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs. Mix in coconut and oats then sprinkle evenly over fruit. Bake for 25-30 mins, or until golden brown.
  • Serve with heavy cream or ice cream, if desired.
