Ingredients
- 27 ounces apple pie filling
- 13 1/2 ounces apricot halves drained, halved
- 7 ounces graham crackers
- 1/2 cup butter cold, chopped
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/3 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- heavy cream or ice cream, to serve, optional
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a large baking dish.
- Combine apple and apricots then transfer to prepared dish.
- To make the crumble topping, combine graham crackers, butter and sugar in a food processor. Process until mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs. Mix in coconut and oats then sprinkle evenly over fruit. Bake for 25-30 mins, or until golden brown.
- Serve with heavy cream or ice cream, if desired.
