Ingredients
- 2 cans pimento olives, drained
- 2 cans black pitted olives, drained
- small jar of peperocini
- 1/2 lb Hard salami cubed
- 1/2 Provolone cheese, cubed
- 1/2 c red wine vinegar (do 1st)
- 1 c olive oil (do 2nd)
- 6 garlic cloves, crushed
Method
- 1. Drain and cut peppers
- 2. Make 2 days before you plan to serve.
