Ingredients

  • 13 cup honey
  • 14 cup dijon-style mustard
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 cup canola oil or 1 cup other light vegetable oil
  • 12 teaspoon dark sesame oil

Method

  • In a blender combine honey, mustard, garlic, lemon juice, and vinegar.
  • Process until smooth about 1 minute .
  • With motor still running add canola and sesame oils until dressing is smooth and creamy.
  • Store in a refrigerator.
