Ingredients
- 1 c. warm water
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1 c. Crisco
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 6 c. flour
Method
- Pour 1 cup warm water in large bowl.
- Add 2 packages yeast and heat 1 cup water to boiling.
- Add 1 cup Crisco, 3/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon salt.
- Add 2 eggs to yeast mixture, then add Crisco mixture.
- When cool, add 6 cups flour; stir well.
- Allow to rise in warm place for 2 hours.
- Pat down and put in fridge.
- Put in muffin tins to rise as needed.
- When you put rolls in muffin tins, let rise 1 hour, then bake at 375° until brown.
