Ingredients
- 2 boxes chopped broccoli
- 1 large onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 eggs
- 1 stick butter
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Method
- Cook and drain broccoli.
- Mix soup, mayonnaise, onion, eggs, salt and pepper.
- Add broccoli.
- Place in bottom of baking dish. Cover with grated cheese.
- Melt butter and mix in stuffing mix. Place on top of cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
