- 6 ounce Rice noodles
- 2 ounce Sesame oil
- 6 x Gulf shrimp
- 1 x Egg
- 3 ounce Julienne veggies
- 2 ounce Hard tofu, cubbed
- 1 ounce Basil mint cilantro
- 4 ounce Reserve sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. Minced shallots
- 1/3 c. Catsup
- 1 c. Fish sauce, available at most asian food stores
- 1/3 c. Sambal
- 1 c. White vinegar
- 1 c. Sugar Lime wedges Toasted peanuts Scallions Bean sprouts
Method
- 1.
- Mix all sauce ingredients together and chill.
- 2.
- Pre-Heat sesame oil in wok
- 3.
- After sauce has chilled and wok has heated, add in shrimp and tofu.
- Stirfry.
- 4.
- Add in sauce.
- 5.
- Add in noodles, veggies and egg.
- Stirfry together.
- 6.
- Add in herbs, cook till noodles are soft.
- 7.
- Place in bowl and top with garnish.
