Ingredients

  • 6 ounce Rice noodles
  • 2 ounce Sesame oil
  • 6 x Gulf shrimp
  • 1 x Egg
  • 3 ounce Julienne veggies
  • 2 ounce Hard tofu, cubbed
  • 1 ounce Basil mint cilantro
  • 4 ounce Reserve sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced shallots
  • 1/3 c. Catsup
  • 1 c. Fish sauce, available at most asian food stores
  • 1/3 c. Sambal
  • 1 c. White vinegar
  • 1 c. Sugar Lime wedges Toasted peanuts Scallions Bean sprouts

Method

  • 1.
  • Mix all sauce ingredients together and chill.
  • 2.
  • Pre-Heat sesame oil in wok
  • 3.
  • After sauce has chilled and wok has heated, add in shrimp and tofu.
  • Stirfry.
  • 4.
  • Add in sauce.
  • 5.
  • Add in noodles, veggies and egg.
  • Stirfry together.
  • 6.
  • Add in herbs, cook till noodles are soft.
  • 7.
  • Place in bowl and top with garnish.
