Ingredients
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 egg
- 1 c. sifted confectioners sugar
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 c. flaked coconut (very fine or macaroons)
Method
- Melt chips and butter over low heat; remove from heat.
- Blend in egg.
- Stir in sugar, nuts and marshmallows, blending well. Shape into 1-inch balls or squares.
- Roll in coconut.
- Chill. Makes about 48.
