Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 boxes frozen spinach
  • 1 lb. angel hair pasta
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar and Colby)

Method

  • In a 9 x 13-inch pan, place chicken and cover with soup.
  • Salt and pepper.
  • Cook at 350° until done (approximately 45 minutes). Meanwhile, cook pasta and spinach in chicken bouillon; drain.
  • Mix cooked chicken with the pasta and spinach; add mushrooms.
  • Place in 9 x 13-inch pan; cover with cheese.
  • Cook until cheese melts.
