Ingredients
- 4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 boxes frozen spinach
- 1 lb. angel hair pasta
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can mushrooms
- 2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar and Colby)
Method
- In a 9 x 13-inch pan, place chicken and cover with soup.
- Salt and pepper.
- Cook at 350° until done (approximately 45 minutes). Meanwhile, cook pasta and spinach in chicken bouillon; drain.
- Mix cooked chicken with the pasta and spinach; add mushrooms.
- Place in 9 x 13-inch pan; cover with cheese.
- Cook until cheese melts.
