Ingredients
- 6 salted anchovy fillets
- 1 ounce fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 ounce parsley, chopped
- 4 12 ounces butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Method
- Put everything except the lemon into a blender and process until smooth.
- Heat the mixture gently in a small pan.
- Add the lemon juice just before serving.
