Ingredients

  • 2 cup warm water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 200 grams condensed milk
  • 1 bar white gulaman or gulaman jelly powder (25 gr)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 1 ice cubes
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Method

  • Boil gulaman or jelly powder in water until dissolved.
  • Add milk, sugar and vanilla extract.
  • Strain into molds and allow to set.
  • Combine ingredients for syrup.
  • Chill.
  • Cut molded jelly into squares or any shape you want.
  • Transfer into serving bowl, add syrup.
  • Mix gently, stirting well to combine.
  • Garnish with maraschino cherries.
  • Serve cold.
