Ingredients
- 3 lb. chicken legs
- 1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. chopped, fresh ginger
- 3/4 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper
Method
- Mix all ingredients and spread on chicken; broil or grill chicken until done.
