Ingredients
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 small cans Mandarin oranges
- 1 large can fruit cocktail
- 1 c. coconut
- 1/2 c. pecan pieces
- 1 small box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
Method
- Drain all fruit well and combine with coconut and nuts. Sprinkle dry pudding mix over fruit and fold in.
- Add Cool Whip and fold again.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
