Ingredients
- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained
- 1 (8 oz.) container soft cream cheese with pineapple
- 1/4 c. flaked coconut, toasted
- 1/4 c. slivered almonds, chopped and toasted
Method
- Set aside 3 orange sections for garnish.
- Chop remaining orange sections; set aside.
- Stir together cream cheese, coconut and almonds until smooth.
- Fold in chopped oranges.
- Arrange reserved orange sections on top.
- Chill.
- Serve with date nut bread, banana bread or gingersnaps.
- Yield: 1 2/3 cups.
