Ingredients
- 2 c. fresh whole milk
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut
Method
- Combine all ingredients except coconut in electric blender (can be mixed with electric mixer if you do not have blender) container. Cover and blend on low speed for 3 minutes.
- Pour into a greased 9-inch pie pan.
- Let stand about 5 minutes, then sprinkle coconut. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until a table knife comes out clean when inserted into middle of pie.
- Serve warm or cool with whipped cream or not.
- This pie makes its own crust.
- A great pie when you have unexpected guests.
