Ingredients

  • 2 c. fresh whole milk
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. Bisquick
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut

Method

  • Combine all ingredients except coconut in electric blender (can be mixed with electric mixer if you do not have blender) container. Cover and blend on low speed for 3 minutes.
  • Pour into a greased 9-inch pie pan.
  • Let stand about 5 minutes, then sprinkle coconut. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until a table knife comes out clean when inserted into middle of pie.
  • Serve warm or cool with whipped cream or not.
  • This pie makes its own crust.
  • A great pie when you have unexpected guests.
