Ingredients
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1 Tbsp. green masala (or possibly mild green masala)
- 1 sm Onion, minced
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 lrg Potatoes, peeled and minced
- 1 pkt (10 ounce) frzn green peas
- 1/4 c. Cashews (opt)
Method
- From Cooking the Indian Way
- In large skillet, heat oil.
- Add in green masala, onion and salt and fry till mix is brown and fragrant.
- Add in potatoes and water.
- Cover, lower heat and cook about 20 min till potatoes are tender.
- Add in peas and cook 2 or possibly 3 min or possibly till pease are heated through.
- Serve hot with cashews sprinked on top.
