Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 1/4 oz. almonds
- 1 stick melted butter
Method
- Cook rice and drain.
- Mix rice with soup and butter.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Add toasted almonds to the top.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
