Ingredients

  • 30 -35 mint sprigs
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 quarts boiling water
  • 2 13 cups lemon juice (fresh, frozen or canned)
  • 2 quarts orange juice
  • 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple juice
  • 1 quart ginger ale
  • 1 quart sparkling water
  • 12 mint sprigs
  • 1 cup lemon, zest of

Method

  • Wash mint.
  • In 4 quart saucepan, place 30-35 mint sprigs, sugar and water.
  • simmer uncovered for 10 min.
  • Chill and make sure all ingredients are chilled.
  • Strain mint syrup.
  • add lemon, orange and pineapple juice.
  • add ginger ale and sparkling water.
  • top with 12 mint sprigs and zest.
  • serve at once.
