Ingredients
- 2 (800 g) fresh mangoes, peeled and seeded
- ½ cup (125 ml) milk
- 1 cup (250 ml) buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon caster sugar
- 2 scoops mango gelati or sorbet
- 50 g blueberries
Method
1. Place the mango, milk, buttermilk, sugar and gelati in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into chilled glasses and serve garnished with the blueberries.
