Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. slivered almonds
- 1/2 c. butter, divided
- 2 Tbsp. pimiento, drained and finely chopped
- 2 tsp. parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Saute the almonds slowly in 2 tablespoons of butter until golden brown. Cool.
- Cream the remaining butter and the almonds, pimiento, parsley, lemon juice and salt.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Serve with fried or broiled seafood.
