- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- Grated zest and juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Dash of hot pepper sauce, such as Tabasco
- 3 avocados, pitted, peeled, and diced
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 large tomato, peeled, seeded, and diced
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
Method
- Whisk together the oil, vinegar, lime zest and juice, salt, red pepper flakes, and hot sauce.
- Put the avocados into a medium bowl, pour the dressing over them, and toss to combine.
- Stir in the bacon, tomato, and onion.
