Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped red pepper
- 1 c. cooked, drained peas
- 1 c. cooked, drained carrots
- 1 c. steamed Minute rice
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 can French fried onion rings
Method
- Steam hamburger, onion and peppers until red is gone from meat; add peas, carrots, rice and celery soup.
- Place in casserole dish; top with onion rings.
- Bake in oven at 300° for 15 minutes.
