Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) Can of Great Northen Beans
- 1/4 lb. Slab Bacon
- 1 c. white sugar
- to taste Salt & Pepper
Method
- Dice & Render Bacon in a cast iron 3 quart dutch oven or covered casserole.
- Add beans, sugar, and salt & pepper.
- Stir until combined.
- Cover with water, and bake at 350F for 1 1/2 hours.
