Ingredients
- 1/2 large head cauliflower, cut in small pieces
- 1/2 large bunch broccoli, cut in small pieces
- 1/2 medium red onion, chopped fine
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 lb. bacon, fried, drained and crumbled
- 1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
Method
- Mix vegetables, cheese and bacon. In another bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar.
- Mix well.
- Pour over vegetable mixture.
- Mix well.
- Serve immediately.
- Makes 10 to 12 servings. Can be made 24 hours in advance.
