Ingredients

  • 1 can Malt Extract Syrup-Light
  • 3 lb Malt Extract Pwdr-Light
  • 2 1/2 ounce Hallertauer Hops
  • 1 ounce Saaz Hops
  • 1 pkt ale yeast
  • 3/4 c. corn sugar bottling
  • 1 x hop bag

Method

  • Boil malts, 1 ounce Hallertau, and 1/2 ounce Saxx for 30 minutes.
  • add in 1/4 ounce Hallertau and 1/4 ounce Sazz for flavor and boil for 15 minutes.
  • Then again add in 1/4 ounce Hallertau and 1/4 ounce Sazz and boil for 15 more minutes.
  • Add in 1 ounce Hallertau hops in bag and steep for 2 minutes.
