Ingredients
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 small pkg. sugar-free Jell-O (fruit flavor)
- 1 (12 oz.) can Carnation evaporated milk, chilled
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
Method
- Add the boiling water to the Jell-O.
- Set aside to cool.
- Whip the very cold evaporated milk and lemon juice until firm.
- Slowly add the Jell-O mixture to the milk, continuing to whip.
- When well mixed, place in dish and set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
