Ingredients
- 2 jiggers silver tequila
- 1 jigger Damiana
- juice from one juicy lime or two less juicy ones
- a small squeeze of grapefruit juice - like a tablespoon
- optional salt
- ice
Method
- Put you glasses in the freezer. Do this in advance (we just keep a shelf of glasses permanently in the freeze). If you want a salted rim, dip the edge of the glass in a bit of Damiana and then a touch of salt. Add 2 ice cubes to each glass.
- Fill a shaker with ice and the remaining ingredients and shake the heck out of them. Strain half into each glass. Be transported to a southern desert clime.
