Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground venison
- 1 qt. tomato juice
- 3 jalapeno peppers
- 1/2 clove garlic
- 2 sticks celery, chopped
- 3 pkg. chili powder
- 2 cans whole peeled tomatoes
- 4 chopped onions
- 1 large can kidney beans
Method
- Mix all ingredients together and simmer on low.
- Cook 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
