Ingredients
- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 1 box pineapple instant pudding mix
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 1 (10 oz.) bottle 7-Up
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 c. coconut
Method
- Mix well the cake mix, pudding mix, 4 eggs, oil and 7-Up. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 35 minutes at 350°.
