Ingredients
- 15 oz. Raisin Bran flakes
- 1 c. melted shortening
- 3 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 qt. buttermilk
- 5 c. flour
- 5 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. salt
Method
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Mix eggs, shortening and buttermilk. Mix all together.
- Fill muffin pan 2/3 full.
- Bake 15 minutes at 375°.
- Store remaining batter in refrigerator.
- Will keep several weeks.
