Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2/3 c. undiluted Carnation milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. mini marshmallows
- 1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 2/3 c. sugar
Method
- Cream butter, evaporated milk, salt and sugar over medium heat.
- Cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Stir constantly.
- Start timing when mixture starts to bubble around edge of pan.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in marshmallows, chocolate pieces, vanilla and nuts. Stir vigorously for 1 minute or until blended.
- Pour into an 8-inch square buttered pan.
- Cool and cut into squares.
