Ingredients
- 6 oz. penne or other tube pasta
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 or 2 cans Del Monte chunky-style stewed tomatoes
- 1 c. sliced green onions
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Method
- Cook pasta and drain.
- In a skillet, brown meat.
- Salt and pepper to taste. Drain and add tomatoes. Cook, uncovered, until slightly thickened. Stir in onions and cream cheese.
- Toss with remaining ingredients.
- Cover 2 minutes to melt cheese.
