Ingredients

  • 1 lb asiago cheese
  • 1 lb colby montery jack cheese
  • 1 lb sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb block velveeta cheese
  • 2 lb elbow macaroni
  • 2 cup milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup Plain bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter

Method

  • Grate each pound of cheese,after each pound of cheese is grated take 1/4 of each cheese and put it in a separate bowl.
  • When all the cheeses are grated you should have 3 lbs of cheese in one bowl and 1 lb in another.
  • Bring water to boil for 2lbs of macaroni,add to boiling water and cook for 6 to 8 minutes until aldente.Remove from water drain and run cold water over noodles until they are cooled off let drain.
  • In a separate bowl add 3eggs 1half cup of milk bread crumbs and seasoning to taste.mix together, then put cooled off noodles back in pot and add mixture.stir until mixture in incorporated with noodle,set a side!
  • After you mix noodles bread crumbs eggs milk and seasoning together start you cheese sauce.in a sauce pan add 1 cup of milk 1 tbs of butter and he slowly.Gradually and cheese until all of it is melted,do not turn heat up to high cheese will burn.After cheese sauce is complete mix with noodles,you gonna need two 13x9 baking pans.empty in to pans and with the left over pound of cheese mash into a ball and break off smalls pieces from cheese ball and randomly place inside of the mac n cheese.
  • Pre oven to 360 make egg wash with 1 egg and 1/2 cup of milk pour over mac n cheese cover with foil,cook for 30 minutes then uncover put back in over and let top brown for another 20 minutes.take out off oven and serve, SO DELICIOUS!
