Ingredients
- 2 lb. hamburger, fried until no longer pink and drained
- 12 oz. tomato sauce, plus 1 can water
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 tsp. red paprika
- 2 tsp. salt (add more later)
- 1/2 Tbsp. cumin
- 1/2 Tbsp. oregano
- 1/2 c. chili pepper (scant)
- 2 cans red beans
- 2 Tbsp. masa harina or more to take up soup
Method
- Add the chopped onion to hamburger until softened.
- Add all ingredients; cook slowly, not to burn tomatoes or spices.
- When flavors have combined, enjoy.
