Ingredients
- 1 medium head cabbage
- 1 c. celery
- 1 or 2 medium carrots
- 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 medium onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
Method
- Use blender or food processor to finely shred vegetables.
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
- Remains fresh up to 1 week if kept refrigerated in covered bowl.
