Ingredients
- 1 medium can crushed pineapple
- 1 pkg. Knox gelatine
- 6 Tbsp. cold water
- 2 cakes cream cheese or 1 large
- 1 pkg. Dream Whip or 1 pt. whipped cream
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. nuts
Method
- Dissolve gelatine in water.
- Add sugar to juice from pineapple and bring to boil.
- Pour over gelatine; let it cool.
- Mix pineapple, cream cheese and gelatine mixture.
- Fold in whipped cream and nuts.
- Let stand overnight.
