Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans
- 1 (16 oz.) can wax beans
- 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1 c. diced onion
- 1/3 c. salad oil
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. white vinegar
Method
- Drain all beans.
- Carefully rinse kidney beans with water. Thoroughly mix salad oil, sugar and vinegar.
- Place beans in bowl; add salad oil, sugar and vinegar mixture.
- Toss lightly until well mixed.
- Cover and marinate 12 hours in refrigerator.
- Add celery and onion and marinate another 12 hours.
- Stir several times.
