Ingredients
- 4 cups low fat milk or skim
- 4 eggs slightly beaten
- 4 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 teaspoons liquid sweetener
- 1 pinch salt
Method
- Combine ingredients and put in 1 cup size baking dishes.
- Place bowls in pan which has 1 inch of water in bottom.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
